Orders & Payment
Prices may change without notice. Orders are subject to availability. Payment is due at purchase unless otherwise agreed.
Bike Service
Repair estimates are estimates only. Additional repairs may be recommended after inspection. We will attempt to contact you before performing additional work.
Abandoned Property
Bicycles left more than 60 days after notification of completion may be subject to storage fees and applicable Oklahoma law regarding unclaimed property.
Community Events
Participation in rides, runs, and training events is voluntary. Participants assume the inherent risks of endurance sports.
Website Use
Content, logos, photos, and written material remain the property of Trinity Endurance and may not be reproduced without permission.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trinity Endurance is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the website, products, or services.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma.

Bike Service Policy
Customer authorize Trinity Endurance to inspect and service their bicycle.
Estimates may change if hidden damage is discovered.
Safety-related repairs may be recommended before returning the bicycle to service.
Completion dates are estimates
Customers should inspect their bicycle before every ride.
Trinity Endurance is not responsible for failures caused by worn, damaged, or previously repaired components outside the requested service.
Bicycles must be picked up promptly after notification.
Warrany & Return Policy
New Products
Returns accepted within 30 days in new, unused condition with proof of purchase unless excluded by manufacturer.
Used Bikes
Sold as-is unless otherwise stated in writing.
Bicycle Service
Labor is warranted for 30 days against workmanship. Manufacturer warranties apply to installed parts.
Special Orders
Special-order items may not be returnable.
Lifetime Tune-Ups
Applies only to eligible bicycles purchased from Trinity Endurance. Includes scheduled tune-up labor only and excludes replacement parts, suspension service, crash damage, abuse, commercial use, and transfers to a new owner. Trinity Endurance reserves the right to modify or discontinue the program for future purchases: benefits already issued remain subject to their original terms.
